How we will be paid

Unless we agree otherwise with you we will charge an administration fee of £100. The fee is only payable if your IVA is approved and will be paid through your IVA. You will make your contributions for the agreed monthly figure into your IVA and we will receive a dividend through your IVA supervisor. There are no requirements to pay us directly.

The administration fee covers our services to you.

If your IVA is rejected you will not be liable for the administration fee.
